As I mentionned in my previous post, there will be weekly RSS winners on my blog, that will be picked up randomly from the existing subscribers, every Friday. This contest has been a great success. It almost tripled my RSS subscribers count and generated some great traffic and backlinks. Which is great for only 2 weeks. This said, I ain’t stopping here. More surprises are reserved for you guys.

September was called the “Subscribers Month“. October will be called the “Subscribers Get More” Month. In fact, during the month of October, I won’t stop sending the Blogging Tips for my subscribers with every new post. Initially, it was meant to be in September only, but I think I shouldn’t stop it as it is a way to say thank you to all my faithful RSS readers. But again, winning won’t stop here on messaoud.info.

Hey everyone.

Just a quick reminder to let you guys know that 2 days are left for those who didn’t join my RSS contest yet, for a chance to win $10 in cash via paypal, or free advertizing. This is also for those who already joined, but want to add more entries and increase their chances. On another note, I added a FREEBIES section to my blog. This section will contain a list of freebies (e-books, applications, tools, etc.) that can help you market your blogs, get more traffic and learn techniques to maximize your profit online. I have a collection of free tools that I will use to populate that list. I started with 2 free e-books already and other freebies will follow. I am positive that this new section will become one of the most visited places of this blog in no time.

When you are a new blogger, you (generally) don’t have the capital to start. Well, not everyone needs a starting capital. But if you are serious about making money online, then you just might need some cash for at least a domain name and a hosting plan.

When you start, you don’t need a lot of money, but you need it fast. So you need to focus on programs and sites that have low (to no) minimum payout and that pay you to do simple things. If you want to use AdSense to earn that first amount, when you are just starting, you are probably going the wrong way. On the other hand, PTC (Paid-To-Click) sites are the way to go, but not only.

I have compiled a list of sites and ways to use in order to earn some money to get you started :

1 - Quickrewards : I discovered this site not so long ago. It pays you to visit websites, to take surveys, to sign up for free offers, and a lot more. And the great thing is : IT HAS NO MINIMUM PAYOUT whatsoever. With surveys alone you can make $2 to $3 daily, that you can transfer to your PayPal account right away. Ideal for earning some quick money to get you going. I highly recommend it.
2 - Bidvertiser : It is a substitute to AdSense. Why I mention it is because it has a low payout of $10 that you can quickly reach.
3 - ProjectWonderful : It allows people to advertize 125×125 buttons on your blog by bidding. You earn small amounts in the beginning but it also has a low payout of $10. Another good thing is that you can immediately reuse the earned money to advertize your blog on other blogs and generate more traffic. Needless to say that more traffic = more money.
4 - My Home Page Friends : This program pays you to search. You perform Internet searches as usual and instead of earning absolutely nothing, you earn some cents per search. The minimum payout is £20. (Yes they pay in GBP, which is great when conversion to USD is made ) With a searching activity of 30 searches per day, you can reach the payout in a month or so.

Once you have a little starting capital, you can reinvest some of it to even generate more money with programs liks :
5 - Dollars for life : It costs $19 to join. Then you earn $9 per referral and you earn random $5 payments.
6 - Income 4 Beginners : It costs $40 to buy a branded e-book that you can resell again and again to generate recurring payments of $40.

In a previous post, I told you about this great program that is Freebies4webmasters. It earns you a fair enough amount of cash (£10 to signup and £5 monthly for each domain you have with them). That post generated 3 referrals for me hours after it was published and then nothing. That intrigued me until my attention was drawn by one of the comments, to the fact that they are not able to accept new memebers for now. This is what you read on their sign up page :

We are unable to accept new applicants for Freebies4Webmasters due to technical problems we are currently workign to resolve this issue.

I emailed them to ask for more details but all I had was this answer :

Unfortunately we don’t have an answer for that yet.  We are still working on resolving the problem.

I hope they sort out this “technical” issue as soon as possible, since their program is really great and helps a lot of new bloggers earn some decent money that can cover some of their blogging expenses.

In the meantime, and apart of this little issue, the program continues as usual for existing members, and I am very happy with it so far (except for the fact that I cannot earn new referrals for the moment).
